Waited five hours for a d&c. Finally walked out at 2:30 got there at 9:30 for a 10:30 appointment. I was told 20 more minutes every time I asked. I finally got into an examination room at 1pm and waited an hour and a half alone and undressed. No one ever checked on me or stopped in. Finally I left. Horrible waste of my time.

Waiting to be seen for over 2 hours is ridiculous. The over booking of patients needs to change. If they cannot fix this issue I will look for another office.

7mon ago I went to office for planning D&C almost killed by anetheologist I wondered he is really anetheologist or not even basic insertion of saline lock can't do it infusion line full of air when insert of line without wipe alcohol swap he said that I have aspect needle that means he uses dirty needle how many people got infected he can't insertion of saline lock unacceptable 10 times tried finally cancelled my procedure. anyone want to planning D&C be Aware. God bless me couldn't do over there. Someone needs investments anetheologist quality. Really hold license and check background.

Dr. M. Beauvil is amazing. I see her at the Lake Success office. I used to have a major problem waiting hrs to see her because they overbook their appointments but that was adjusted once I brought it to her attention. The staff is great but the Office Manager is a pain and very rude at times. Overall, this is a great company because of this one doctor. She is sweet, compassionate and respectful; in the office and at the hospital when you have to deliver your baby.

Great place, great staff. Never wait more than 10 minutes before I'm seen. In and out within an hour.
