Garden OB/GYN at Fresh Meadows

Great experience here. The waiting area is comfortable and the receptionist was friendly. Informative staff. Would really recommend this place.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Its a NIGHTMARE!!!! The service here is disgusting. Last time I was there they literally forgot about me. My appt. was for 340, at 415 i get called in, and then no one came and saw me till 515!!!! Im sitting there in my gown naked for one hour. I hear people walking back and forth and talking, at one point a N.P came in and asked me some questions, said the doctor would be in shortly, 30 mins go by and still no doctor. Finally I got so fed up of waiting I got dressed and went to the front and had to make a scene and complain, then the doctor has the nerve to start yelling and getting crazy saying what is she suppose to do?! She has an emergency goin on with one her prego patients. I get emergencies happen. But i was literally the last patient there, everyone else got seen who came before me and after me, keep in mind that her schedule started at 2 that day ( my appt. 340) so yea they just forgot about and tried to make it look like it was no big deal. The girls in the reception area are soo unfriendly and stuck up. They deserve ZERO stars, this place should just shut down honestly. Everytime i have gone its been a nightmare. Will no longer be a patient if theirs after this incident.

This place is run like a business, with poor customer service. We experienced long wait times, and were continually pressured into receiving services we didn't want or need. In the end we were billed for things we never requested. We're receiving much better service with LIJMC.

This place is off the top horrible. The doctors have no time for you. They make you wait for hours at a time and then run in to the room and run the hell right back out. If I could go elsewhere this late in my pregnancy I freakin would, but I'm not sure what to do at this point. Everything that you explain to them, there answer will be "normal." Well no shit its normal, but Im a first time mom and would like to know exactly what my body is going through. I've seen doctor CHUI and doctor Gonazalez, and they both are always in a rush and rude. Dr. Chui doesn't even bother replying properly, they look at your scan and are like everything looks normal, we'll see you in a week. The Hell. I got questions. Gonzalez is the same way. Chui is way to sarcastic to be in the health field, and Gonzalez is always in a hurry to run out the door like she's the only doctor working. Wish I could do something and change my OB at this point, almost in my 37th week, but I'm so scared to have any of those two docs even touch me during my delivery. Just stay away from this place if you can, because seriously they may be close to home and all but the service and care they provide is horrible. They are so unsupportive and aren't very informing, to them your suppose to know everything that goes on during your first pregnancy. HORRIBLE.

I went to this gyn clinic, and at first i liked it but then when i found out that they check ur infections (ex., yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis), only a week later to tell u if u have an infection, when at my other clinic, they did a immediate results on my infections and to be sure. I dont wanna be walking around knowing i went to the clinic wit a infection only for them to tell me a week later if i have it or not, what kind of procedure and process is this clinic have? doesnt make sense at all, as a woman you should get immediate results especially since our bodies are more sensitive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC, DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME HERE. ITS JUST A BUSINESS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!
