Garden Inn & Suites

They were very sweet with us and gave us a room last minute during the blizzard. The shuttle driver was amazing and so sweet.

Staff was polite for the most part , room was small, there was a disturbance across the hall that woke me up and they didn't handle it properly . Need improvement on maintance . No parking so we had to park our car far from the hotel which didn't feel like a good idea. I'm a New Yorker who visits often but out of all hotels this one felt cheap like a welfare shelter . Sorry to say but got to be honest .

Shuttle service from airport is unreliable, service is terrible, rooms are bad, receptionist is rude!

Its a good an decent hotel i recomend it to any one who is visiting nyc

Avoid at all costs.

Rooms are small, amenities are nonexistent, the neighborhood is beyond sketchy, the lobby is full of homeless people during the day, there is no cold water (yes, cold water), there's no decent food nearby that delivers, the sheets don't fit the bed, there are no wash cloths in the bathroom (which really doesn't matter because you can't shower anyway if you can't tolerate scalding temperatures), and the shuttle driver to the airport drives like he stole in.

Spend the extra money on literally any other JFK hotel and save yourself a while lot of headaches and worry.
