Mike and services are good, pleasant. Mistake was made on last visit which cost me a second trip but Mike is a good guy and took care of it. Mechanics in back also nice, actually showed me the work. New coffee machine also helps.

Without Phil's guidance and patience in answering questions, I would have never ventured to select the CX-3 - a car vastly different than my previous three Volkswagens. And I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love this car. Not only did Phil give me a phenomenal deal on a lease but he also put in a lot of effort to search and find the model in the color I wanted, which was not available anywhere on Long Island. He was as excited as me when he called to say he found my car. You can tell with Phil - customers come first and he wants the best for them. Neal Matos, finance director, also puts customers first. Garden City Mazda is by far the best dealership on Long Island if not the tri-state area. Where do I begin. Lenny Proce is an absolutely amazing sales person. He treated my children and I like family. He went over all the pros and cons on the vehicles I was interested in and made sure I knew all my options. He never pressured me to buy and also made sure my children we're occupied. Neal Matos the financing manager was equally amazing with shopping around for the right apr and monthly payments seeing as tho I'm a single parent and he didn't want me to take on more than I could handle. They both made the entire experience as painless as possible and I was able to leave with my 2014 Altima and I couldn't be more happy. If you're in the market for a new or used car whether it a Mazda or not this is the place to go. GARDEN CITY MAZDA where they truly treat u like FAMILY!!!!

After living in Manhattan for 3 decades, I am once again a Long Islander and needed my first new car. The entire team was wonderful. They took the time to answer my many questions, walked me thru the pros and cons of buying vs leasing, further educated me on a car I had already fallen in love with and then worked with me to secure a deal I could be comfortable with. Henry especially went out of his way to make me feel like I was becoming part of a family. Neal took very good care of me, handled all the paperwork so I didn't have to. Hector and the gentlemen from the service dept were very kind. Excellent experience from beginning to end!!

Truly a GREAT EXPERIENCE. 3 months ago I visited Garden City Mazda and leased a 2016 Mazda CX5 Cesar and Francisco are awesome!!!!!! Cesar never came off as a sales person trying to sell us a car just to make a sale. I appreciate their help through out our whole process “Thanks Cesar and Francisco, I love my new car.
