As I waited, I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. One woman was practically yelling into the phone trying to get a document faxed to her. The reception dealing with me nearly yelled out that my card was declined when in fact, they charged my account. I confirmed that fact in front of her as I was on the phone with the bank who said that was not the case. Then I was that I could not be seen. When I mentioned that she charged me, she turned to another person and said, "Well, now I have another problem."
Things happen. I get it, but this organization needs some customer service training.
