Never again will I trust this shop to do any work on my vehicle. The workmanship is absolutely pathetic. The management is incompetent, and full of excuses. I know that my horrible experience is not unique beacause while I was evaluating the the butchering that was done to my car, another customer approached the owner to complain about the oil change they did for him. How do you screw up an oil change? The customer threatened to call the police if he did not get his money back. I should have done the same thing.
I should also alert you that the owner may try to convince you that he is an expert at customization work and performance tuning. DO NOT be deceived. If you let them touch your car, you and your wallet will regret it. Overall, this was the WORST experience I've ever had at an auto shop.
