Amazing store.

ive got to many gamestop power up points to stop buying there at this point, even though i can get 20% off new games at best buy

Can't say enough good things about this store. It's huge and has Game Center in the back. It's clean and staff love their customers.

The worker are smart and nice people's the best games store I have ever been thank hope I can work there one day ........ Batman batman

Due to hurricane Sandy and the gas shortage the Halo 4 Limited Edition Xbox 360's were coming in late. I was okay with that because, hell, what are you going to do? They called me on the 5th (game and system come out on the 6th) and left a voice mail explaining that they wouldn't have the systems at the midnight release.
The message went on to say that it would be in at noon on the 6th and to call to make sure. I counted. 15 times I called and it rang, and rang. About 5 other times it was just busy. No one picked up at all. I stopped by after work since it was on the way and when telling me they had none in stock and seeing I was a tad frustrated they had the nerve to say "Well maybe you can call next time."

I've worked retail before, it isn't hard to pick up a phone.

What is truly frustrating is that I have had really good experiences with this GameStop in the past but recently it has gone downhill. Just go to the Best Buy right around the corner.
