Young Asian kid working. Asked about xbox1 and ps4. I have one and wanted to switch to the other. Inquiried if they sell for the same price why id have such a charge out of pocket on the switch. He smirked and said thats the way life goes and turned his back. From the start he wasnt ready to help. First thing out of his mouth was bring it in. Second was talking about a sale that was over and essentially rubbing it in i missed it. No customer service ability at all. I know it may sound I wanted things for free or it my way thats not the case. I simply was trying to make an even switch and was willing to pay something for the swap but was essentially told close to 150 bucks plus the warranty transfer from 1 to another wasnt mentioned after explaining i had the warranty which RUNS THRU GAMESTOP which means its paid for

Was banned from this store. Long story short, Asian girl named Emily snapped at me and yelled "get out." So I cursed at her for telling me that innsuch a manner, and I ended up getting banned. Now I've been a shopper for nearly two decades, back when it was still called Funcoland, I was shocked and appalled. Plus, a lady with her children put all her merchandise down and left when she saw this incident. What's frustrating is that nothing was done about it. In at the verge of canceling my decade long membership with Gamestop and taking my shopping elsewhere, perhaps Amazon. This people treated me like a stranger.
