Great store, it's very organized compared to other Gamestops, I bought my Xbox One almost a year ago and it works great to this day.

Bought a brand new PS4 and within 30 days it broke. The manager Christine was nice and exchanged a new one for me. Unfortunately the one they gave me broke within 10 days. I brought it in and they told me to contact Sony and when I called Sony they told me that the system GameStop gave me was not new. The serial number was already in their system. GameStop is Shady AF. Will not buy anything from them ever again. Better off going with Amazon or BestBuy or directly from Sony.
