I don't like it changed too much the manager is cool and fast...but the workers are unprofessional they are slow plus curses about the place smh..I go to it cause it's the closest one to me...oh and bad phone services no good...

Just came from inquiring about a potential trade in. Wanted to ask a simple question and the gentleman behind the counter acted as if I was irritating him. I thanked him for his rude , yet helpful answer and I proceeded to walk out. I understand that his job can be quite tasking, but the attitude wasn't needed at all. Whatever was bugging him, I hope he gets over it. Definitely won't be coming back here.

To think this GameStop used to be awesome with great customer service until yesterday. One of the two workers, who are two Hispanics, rudely told me how much I would get for trading in a wii and Xbox 360 as if he wasn't happy with the job he's working at. Doesn't smile or laugh just annoyed. Both weren't nice to there customers from my experience. Last summer, two of the African-Americans employees, one tall with curly hair, one short with a muscular frame were down-to-earth and caring with provided customer service. That GameStop should rehired them. And I do usually buy games from there like at all.

Worst Gamestop ever!! No one answers the phone. There can be a line 20 deep and will still only have 1 cashier. stay away from this store.

Sold me a broken game and a broken headset (on 2 separate occasions) and argued with me when I went back to return or exchange (literally 10 min after purchase). Lines get crazy long and the cashiers move like turtles. The one near 174th street is far better.
