Horrible service....today it says open at 10 am and its 10 03 and the gate is still down and locked ..employees are poor customer service ill be sure to name the store opener whenever they plan to open

Bad customer service brought a game madden 16 n the game wasn't even in the case had to go all way back to get it then they gave me an attitude...SMH..the worst..

Terrible customer service. Great games for decent prices. But my experience with staff in a mood lead to an overall terrible experience. I know it's the only one in quite a distance but if you can, don't come in here.

called them just now and a week ago, both times pt me on hold and forgot about me while they said they'd go check a game. when i called again they picked up, asked for the game, asked again if it was for pc, and then just said they don't sell pc so they don't have it, even though the online system says they do, without apparently searching.
