An overall nice GameStop. You will get decent service on average. Staff is pretty awesome on midnight releases, my last one being Black Ops 3 where they served everyone online drinks, candy, stickers, etc. Was short changed $10 one time.

i love most all gamestop stores but the one in the hylan plaza has a different policy. when holding a game for you they return it to the shelf in only 24 hours. the other stores gave me days to pick up the reserved game. i will not longer use this store and i have warned all my friends of this. i put aside a few games after searching the store for an hour and said ill go home and come back with the money. it snowed so i waited one more day and the games could not be found and they treated me like i had it coming. i decided to return all the games i purchased there previously and re purchased them at the other gamestop on richmond ave.

After going to multiple mid night releases at this store, my experience has been very positive each time. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting the customers with any questions they had and were extremely efficient in making sure everyone got their games as soon as midnight came. Will go back every time a new game comes out!
