Ridiculous... Talkative cashier that was too busy chatting with an off the clock employee, loitering.We waited 20 minutes and got an earful of how shorthanded she was. And how she could not finish her assigned tasks. Were we, the customers, an interruption? We went in to pick up 2 games and get out quick but had to endure the unsolicited dialog between the two. Not coming back that's for sure!

They were really awesome, know they're stuff. Hard to agree with them about certain games being better than others but I guess that comes with the territory. Very knowledgeable ppl, quick service

Describe your experience at this store,
Well first off here on this journey to GameStop. I was super stoked to get nhl 14 for xbox 360. I traded a bunch of games to get and everything. So i get the game and bring it back home only to come upon a giant ring on the disc. The xbox could not even recognize the disc. So i bring it back only to then come up that it was their last copy. So then they said they could not do anything and gave me 10 bucks for the games i traded and a bunch of nickles. Some how ended up losing about 5 - 10 $ .

I loved it, the manager was nice, and he got me exactly what I needed, this was on Friday November 21 though, when I got Pokemon Omega Ruby, he was real nice about it and everything, I just wanted to write a review on the Game Stop here because I feel that it is really good and many people neglect it, but yeah, thank you Game Stop for all you have done for me ( totally don't work there :) ) BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
