This place is friendly and easily accessible. May be a little slow but they're actually helping the customer, like instead of me paying extra to order something, they actually got it form a different GameStop so I don't pay for shipping. Pretty chill.

The best Gamestop I've ever been to. The employees and manager are wonderful and very efficient. Customer service is excellent and I always feel leaving satisfied even if I don't make a purchase. In no way are these guys trying to scam you or force you into some ludicrous deal.
There's a stereotype that comes to Gamestop and often times people have a bad experience because they go in with stereotyping with a negative attitude. The employees are very approachable and friendly, all you have to do is talk to them! The employees take the time to hear you out and even commit who you are to memory even if you don't come in often. I've seen the negative reviews and even some of the people who are "upset" by their visit and often times they are biased and come in with either grumpy, rude, or difficult manner. When a game or item is out of stock, they go out grumpily without even asking about having the item shipped to them after restock or when it will come back in. Some teens, non gaming knowledgble parents or not very good english speaking customers often do this. Some even make snarky comments talking about how "greedy" the company is. If that really is an issue, it should be clarified that this is a local store, not the actual Gamestop HQ/corporation who structure the allocation of costs and sales that are set in the franchise.
It's not the biggest Gamestop but this is the place to go. I reccomend this Gamestop to people even in other towns because of the overall quality here.

Terrible service, dude gives me a hard time buying a $15.00 Xbox Live card. I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to be asking what you are using it for, i only wanted the taken king dlc man! Everyone else except for that young white dude is pretty cool. But never going back
