Very bad customer service and gamestop is just rip off bought a game for 60 tried returning it they told me they would give me 18 and then told me would be put back up and sell it for 55

sold my cousin a NEW game, though it was missing manual & was already open.
then a girl there, who knew nothing about the game said, I probably beat the game already so I wanted to return it.
I didn't even reply because seemed as smart as an old boot.
luckily the guy did give me credit for the game & I was able to get something else I needed.
Regardless, the girl had a horrible attitude. Idk how she works anywhere.
to be fair the other girl was always very nice but it just takes one beyotch to ruin a good day
