Great 2 for 1 deals. Helpful staff

Waited on line for 40 min. While the two cashiers dealt with the same 2 customers for those 40 min. Horrible! If there's people on line , don't even go in , unless you have all day to spend waiting on line.

This used to be an awful place so I stopped going there. When I started coming back recently, it was a much better place with great service and great prices.

Since I was just a young little gamer, I have always enjoyed EBGames and when Gamestop came along, I gave it a chance. I hated Gamestop with a passion and when it bought EB out, I hated it more. Why did I hate them? Their workers.... They all seemed arrogant and most were complete clueless in what they were selling or when answering questions.

However as I grew and moved to a new place, I have this Gamestop to go to. It's walking distance from where I live. I also have a Bestbuy and Toys R' US near me too but I like going to the Gamestop.

One main reason is the worker; Anne. Friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to see. Forget the others, there is one other guy but he isn't there as much as Anne. I signed up for the Rewards card, then upgraded to the Pro version, PLUS! I signed up for the credit card because how she presented it to me. I sometimes when standing in line let people skip me so I can have Anne deal with me. I would even wait more than an hour on line to get her..

What in the camping noob cannon is this? I am in love with her? oh no, don't get me wrong, it's just when you deal with her, you don't feel ripped or stupid walking out the store, you feel satisfied and happy. Here is an example, I one time bought Destiny for PS4 with the guide. I didn't get Anne that day so I was already like pissed off like Mario without his pasta. I handed my rewards card to the guy at the register and I see him swiping it and he goes "derp, there is no money on there" I was like yeah, no shit, it's a rewards card and he goes "oh" I thought he scanned but but a day later when I checked my account on the Gamestop app which I downloaded cause of Anne, I saw that I had no history or points for my Destiny purchase!!! :O

Furious, I told myself and my dog that I will not go to this Gamestop if I don't see Anne ever again! Now I don't see this guy anymore, he probably got fired or at least I hope he did, no I don't, that is actually mean but sometimes I like to be mean so I hope he did..... maybe.... I don't but I am glad he is gone because the less people there, means more Anne.

In closing, this Gamestop location is great because of Anne. It's like going into a SPA and getting a girl that would do everything for you besides a happy ending plus more and you just don't want to change.
