Driver was rude as soon as her walked in my mothers hospital room. Then he was pushing her in the wheelchair with no care for her safety. Fast, sometimes with one hand, sometimes letting the wheelchair run off ahead of him. The drivers overall demeanor screamed out he hated his job. I hope this was the last time I have to deal with this company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE had my mother and her patient waiting in the ER for over 6 hours to be picked up by two men and only send ONE guy to pick up a diabetic patient with a swolle knee! After they came to pick her only one men showed up and we had to wait almost another hour for the second guy to show up & he never did! Dispatch are so disrespectful telling me that the service is FREE! No insurance pays for your salary! I will take this up with the corporate office.

they made me wait over 2 hours, and still no ride, they told me it would be at least 20 minutes more. that was just another lie.Giovani the dispatcher, kept on telling me more lies. I doubt that is even his real name

Do not use Galaxy if you want to get there on time, they are always late. But 2 hours is the worst I have ever seen
