Galaxy Motel Brooklyn

The staff at the front desk sucks. The room were nasty. And they had bed bugs....

Got bug's.. Not cool.. Besides that it's genuine second Chance..

This was one of the most uncomfortable, bizarre, and dirty hotels I have ever stayed in.
There is literally a flyer on the entrance disclaiming if you are a prostitute to go away, just uncomfortable and weird.

This motel is the wrost I've ever been too, I feel like something was crawling on me the entire time. There was no wash cloths in bathroom towels only. And I truly believe it was a motel for prostitution, when i turned the tv porn was on several of the channels. The door latch was missing had to put chair under the door, did not feel safe, couldn't get money back it was non-refundable and management was rude. Needless to say this truly turned me off won't ever come back.!!!!!!

Most disgusting, unkept hole I've ever been in! Cigarettes butts and garbage littering the stair wells, which are falling apart, yellowed and stained white linens on the bed, cigarette burns all over the carpets and on the blanket on the bed, holes and spackle all over the walls, shower was all yellow and brown around the tiles, absolutely disgusting place! Immediately left the room after walking in and looking around! Told the guy at the front desk that there was no way I was staying there, and he told me to call Travelocity(who it was booked through) customer service. Travelocity called them and told me that they weren't willing to refund my money because I had checked in already....how else would I get into the room to see how disgusting it was? I then called and spoke with the manager who still refused to give me a refund, stating that unless I was willing to switch rooms(after saying they were sold out) they couldn't help me, because they have a no refund policy.....horrible people running a horrible facility. I grew up hanging around the projects and never met anyone interested in paying $150 to stay in them for the night, and this place looked like a poor kept project tenament, no exaggeration...stay away!
