The title of the company should tell you they are not equipped to do daily routine Carting service since they specialize in demolition removal.
Our daily dumpster had a wheel break of at the welds, informed the pick up driver his response was "Call the office we don't take service requests."
Called the office about the dumpster, took them over 3 months to replace the dumpster with a broken wheel.
You would think having the dumpster repaired would help the pick up crew, their route their equipment right? I have no problem wheeling it to the curb but obviously they like to work harder balancing a broken dumpster. Guess they like filing workers compensation when their employees get hurt on the job.
Do you think we still have a contract with this company?

Find another company there other friendlier companies that take care of their equipment and customers.
