On Saturday, February 21st, 2015, between 4-430pm, I stopped in Gabby Beauty Supply and Salon to browse the items in the front of the store /and cosmetic section; my first time at the business. I was there for about 5-7 minutes, and asked four (4) times if I needed help, twice each from the same two store's associates. After asking the first and second time" If I needed help", I replied that "I'm fine, and is just indecisive about what I may want to buy and/or just browsing". The customer service environment of the business, based on the above explanation, made me feel unwelcome. The store's associates gave the impression that I was being watched and/or profiled for shoplifting, which should not of been warranted based on me browsing the cosmetic section (front of the store). I've patronized many other beauty supply stores in the Baldwin and Long Island, NY area, where the shopping experience and customer service have been great.
