I own a building in the city which I maintain very well. One of the tenants who always has guests staying over informed me that she has bedbugs. Unfortunately, I had to foot a very expensive bill although she brought the bedbugs in to begin with. How unfair is that? Tenants bring in bedbugs without a care in the world and make their landlords pay. I wonder if the shoe was on the other foot and the tenant had to pay out of pocket if we would see a marked difference in bedbug complaints.

This is the worst management company in the world! I currently rent an apartment from Gway and we have 20+ days this winter when the building was without heat or hot water. Our building also has a bedbug infestation that has traveled to our apartment and the management company will not even return our phone calls!!!

These scumbags said they sent me my security deposit back in weeks ago and I never received it. I called them several times to ask about it and they never bothered to return any of calls. Finally, when I got through, they were very uncooperative and told me there was nothing they could do.

Maintenance is horrible in all of their buildings. Nothing ever gets fixed, and their staff is completely rude. I am reporting them to 311.

Do NOT rent from these awful people.
