These guys are morons. They run thirty guys deep, in a bicycle lane, heading the wrong direction, blocking the ENTIRE path. I collided with the moron leading the group of morons even after I called "heads up!" (he jinked into me), and he refused to identify himself, his command or his CO. Instead, he claimed they just had a change of command, and had no idea who they report to.
They exhibit a complete disregard for civilian road traffic regulations and safety. The next time I see these morons, I'm calling the police.
The one guy to remain at the scene admitted that they were from the Chamber's street recruiting office.
If these morons are what's protecting us, we have no hope.
