Lied to me right to my face. Installed more expensive parts in order to overcharge me, when i clearly instructed them to use ONLY OEM Mercedes parts (yeah, remember me with the C280??). Marked up the price on these non-recommended parts. Talked to me like a was a woman or some idiot with no mechanical experience. The 2 idiot mechanics were collectively condescending, defensive, and clueless when finally called out on their BS-straight up liars. A big shiny shop with lot of new lifts and few customers = overcharging, dishonest thieves desperate to make a dollar (and a mortgage payment).

Avoid at all costs, they are clueless and dishonest. Nothing worse that a lying cheating auto mechanic. Avoid at all costs!!!!
