Terrible experience. The guy came first time to fix my Electrolux washing machine, said that he will order the parts and come in a week. He showed up 2.5 weeks later and after 2 min of looking at the machine he said that it is unrepeatable do to the structural damage. Duh!!! Did not you see it the first time 3 weeks ago!!?!?!?
Moreover, instead of reporting that the machine is unrepeatable they reported that they fixed the machine to Electrolux and it took me another 3 weeks to have other technician come over and making a new report and another week for electrolux to replace the machine!!!
I am in NYC not somewhere in the middle of nowhere!!!
RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!!!!

UPDATE: I have contacted Electrolux CEO and COO asking them to stop their relationship with this company.

Have been waiting for 3 weeks for a replacement oven door that they said would take a week. I have called and left 7 messages without a callback.
