Worse than horrible. The videographer took very little footage and enjoyed my party for most of the night, I had to keep asking him to take video. The pictures were given to me on a disk that I cannot open. I have repeatedly requested the pictures in a format that can be viewed with no success. I strongly recommend not to use this company.
