Futon World

Had a wonderful experience shopping at Futon World. The manager Harry (?) was extremely dynamic and showed my husband and I the different options in buying a futon. He is a subject matter expert when it comes to futons, and was very generous with what he offered us. I highly recommend going to see this Harry person - I believe he is the manager there, (you can spot his mustache a mile a way) :)

So far not satisfied. I've owned the futon for a few months and each part seems to be breaking individually. First it was the back of the couch that was cracking and now its the main support beam underneath the unit. Worse part is if a part is defective they won't send someone to help fix it. YOU have to fix it yourself or pay for each visit to have it repaired professionally. Why do I have to pay over and over again to get a futon just so that it doesn't break? I'm going to call the store soon and see if they will be willing to go a little further for me considering this is the SECOND part that has shown to be extremely flimsy. Maybe I'll change my review if my futon stops breaking on me. Also just some personal information nobody that sleeps on the bed weighs over 200 lbs. There's no reason any queen size bed shouldn't be able to handle that, especially if what they say is true about the wood being solid. Its solid, but its segmented and that's where it cracks.

Been to several Futon World branches but this stands out amongst others. Perhaps it's the excellent customer service one receives from Ari, the Store Manager. Amazing sales expertise and exceptional knowledge on products sold. I'd definitely recommend this store/branch.

My encounter in this store went very pleasant as it has been. Purchased a futon, mattress, buffet table and a set of dining table & chairs for the past 4 years ..Yearly I come back to order and purchase futon covers that match the season. All dealt without difficulties. I am very particular with professionalism. I've been treated with full respect as well as other customers being rendered assistance. Thank you to Mr. Ari for your patience and good-natured character.

Overall, my first experience at Futon World was exceptional. Exquisite product selection! Each piece of furniture has its own distinguished and unique style. You will positively find a futon that you will absolutely fall in love with especially the solid wood American made mattress. Above all the highlight of Futon World is its 10 year warranty. Furthermore, I have to give a special thanks to Ari, the store manager, for making my time at Futon World great. I will definitely go back again! To sum up, Futon World is an exemplary furniture store that truly deserves a 5-star review.
