- Terrible #69160

customer service is horrible here. we called many times and the person who answers always tells us that our sales rep is not in and that he will relay our message to him. we've never received a call back.
we gave up after calling many times of the course of two months and never spoke to anyone who could help.

We had a great experience with Fursys Office Furniture in NYC. We needed several cubicles and they showed us tons of options for new and even used cubicles. We ended up going with the pre-owned and not new so we can stay within budget, and everything looked brand new anyway. They also had many office chair options and easily handled the volume of seats we needed. Overall they were kind, fast and delivered on time! the best office furniture store in New York City.
