My mother purchased a bed for me from this place. she has vowed to never shop there again. The owners assistant some Dominican man is extremely rude and only treats the customers who are his race with any respect. The day that the bed was supposed to be delivered which was a friday we waited for the bed half the day until my mother called and the owner steve proceeded to tell her that he had FORGOTTEN that the bed was supposed to be delivered that day. he then told us it would be there by 3pm. 3pm came and went then my mother called him back and he said it would be there by 8 this did not happen. by the time my mother called him back at 8 he was gone for the day and had left behind his rude associate who proceeded to tell my mother their van/truck (because nobody could decide if they used a van or a truck for delivery) was in the shop and we would have my bed saturday the next day. saturday came and long story short i had no bed. they would try to feed us nonsense that the van/truck was being fixed or it was fixed and the guys were doing other deliveries. so he said the bed would be delivered Monday since they are closed on Sundays. Monday is now here and he said the van is not fixed when he had told my mother it was. point blank this place is UNPROFESSIONAL. and what respectful business operates with 1 van/truck. im so over this place if the bed is not recieved by the end of the day a refund will be greatly demanded, do not shop here these ma and pop places are crappy stick with sealys and someplace trusted
