Furniture Design By Knossos

I spent over $40,000 on kitchen, bathroom, closet, and bedroom cabinets. I was pleased for a few months. Then I discovered that the finish on the wood was not the proper finish for wood that was exposed to moisture. The company was dishonest and uncooperative when I tried to get my complaints rectified. Al Kampur, the man who I did most of my design work with at Knossos, finally hung up on me when I became upset that he wanted me to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. I believe Knossos should have been cooperative about refinishing the wood. They should not have given these cabinets to me for use in the bathroom and kitchen if they cannot withstand normal exposure to the kind of moisture that is liable to happen in these areas. I am sorry to have to write a negative review. I never thought that the company would be this dishonest.
