Do not ever buy anything from this place. I refuse to call it a store because of the horrendous service. I was told I would have my mattress by Friday if I ordered the Saturday before. I ordered my mattress Thursday just to ensure enough time; I never received my delivery confirmation so I had to call. Daniel told me it was the warehouses fault and he would work on it. After beating around the bush, he said I would have to just sleep on something else because there was nothing he could do. He promised my mattress by that Tuesday and didn't offer any discount or refund. I didn't receive my mattress until Thursday after calling AGAIN to see why I hadn't heard anything yet. Still no apology, discount, etc. so I refused to pay the delivery. Save yourself the time and money because you're throwing it away dealing with this sorry excuse for a store.

Bought a sofa and bed set 3 years ago. Horrible quality. Sofa's cushion is now gone and you can feel the wood frame when sitting down. The fabric is made of cheap material. We made the mistake of ordering from their catalogs thinking it would be of decent quality like the ones in store. The bed had a missing part for the frame and screws were missing when we took it apart to move.

I recently had my first experience at F&M Warehouse, My family and I purchased two living room & Bedroom sets with mattresses and coffee tables as well. The salesman were very knowledgeable and were able to accommodate us by giving us a great package deal on everything. The delivery service was great with scheduling and cleaned up nicely when they were finished with setting everything up accordingly... All in all had a great experience and will surely recommend this store...I already refferred them to my family members. Thank You Furniture and Mattress Warehouse for a pleasant overall experience. My family loved the furniture...

not so good experience. poor quality of furniture. bed drawer broke the very next day we got the bed. wardrobe arrived with a chipped piece in the drawer.
so far bad experience.
order a bed and wardrobe in the beginning of Jan. the delivery was promised within 10 days. NJ got a log of snow in Jan and Feb so far. following up with the store after 15 days of purchase of the items, they kept saying few more days..delay due to bad weather...we were very patient...everytime we call they would say someone will call us tomorrow...finally had to tell them we need to cancel the order if we don't receive the furniture. so they agreed to deliver the bed in one day and wardrobe in the following week. on further follow ups for the bed...they said the delivery guy will call us..waited the whole day..they never called....we called the store again the following morning...saturday...they said the delivery guy will call. he did call...gave a story that they are busy up north with other deliveries...when they finsih that they will deliver the bed... they brought the bed at 8 pm, the delivery guy was so upset seeing that pieces of the bed that needed to be assembled. he left outside to talk to the store...after 15 mins he was back and said he will have to return another day to assemble...we called the store..our room was a mess. ..the store agent talked to the delivery guy and told him to atleast put the frame together...after much convincing finally he put the bed together with a grudge...the quality of the bed frame was so poor. sent them the pictures of the broken drawer, and chipped drawer for the wardrobe ( arrived the following tuesday) calling the store to follow up. we want to return the bed...so far no response.

made the order over two weeks ago. No delivery yet. When I called, they just told me that it was going to be delivered in a few days or "Tomorrow" every time. And they always told you that they would call you back but never called. Not sure how many more weeks it may take... And sorry no return and full refund!!!
I wished that I never make that purchase.
