Went to Fulton Express Wireless Inc.(Fulton Wireless) (they moved to 481 Fulton Street 11201, next to jewelry store) for a 25% off offer. There were creditors waiting in line with me to collect on bills from their previous location at 472 Fulton. I got the phone but after I got home the phone was actually refurbished and the price I paid was higher than the competition. I tried calling but all their phone numbers are disconnected. Their new store is now a stall.
