Being flooded every time the storm is here Fulton Landing is great investment opportunity. Cheap windows so that wind blows thru in winter and humidity gets in summer, high electric bills for heat and AC plus commute hell on the weekends with dysfunctional PATH trains is what makes this condo remarkable to live in or buy for $500k+. The area around is nice, no doubt, but it's only 10 x 10 blocks from water - the rest is up and coming ghetto. Ask yourself - do you really want to pay Manhattan prices for something like this?
