Cozy little bar with lots of beer and whiskey choices. Not very cheap, but it has a happy hour.

A tiny little bar on Fulton and Grand. I've only been here once because it is right next to a friend's apartment. They had a good selection of beer for a good price. I'd be interested in coming back to hang out and have a nice relaxing night.

Tenuously in harmony with the rapidly gentrifying but previously drug-addled neighborhood. Great beer selection. Mean drinks. Solid, friendly barkeeps who know how buybacks work. Strange layout that actually works to make the place cozy and intimate, because once most of the seats are taken, you really can't jam more people in there, nor would you want to. A great addition to the neighborhood and my new local.
