Fuji Mountain Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi

The food is great and the kids LOVE it. I great place for a party of 6-8 where the kids will be entertained by something other than an iPad.

Great Food, Great Service, Great Show. I love the Hibachi and Sushi here. Their Hibachi Salmon is delicious. I love that they don't make you wait for a full table like other hibachi places nearby. I love that they will customize your food just the way you like it. One night recently it was just me and my wife at a table and we told them we don't like Onion or Zucchini in our vegetables, they said no problem, even told them that they didn't need to do the Onion Volcano and waste the Onion, since we'd been there tons of times, and again it was just us at the table no kids or anything, but they said they wanted to do it anyway, and they did and then then threw out the entire onion.

Horrible experience tonight 9/7/13...The hostess was rude and dismissive and make disparaging remarks in her native tongue and when I asked her what she said..she got all flustered and said "nothing" and our waitress Susanna was rude and nasty and whenever we asked for something she responded impatiently with "yeah yeah yeah"....tThe cook was great and the food great but the wait staff sucked

A laid back hibachi restaurant. Very consistent. Right up my alley.

The food is ok, my kids love the ambiance but it's pricey. In terms of cleanliness, not sure... we had a cockroach under our table once. Not what you want to see in a restaurant!
