Received my refurbished computer as promised. They arranged two day delivery for me because I really needed it right away. Plug and play. Worked wonderfully. Thanks for you quick delivery and fair priced product.

Robert Wise is the support tech for Front source Technologies LLC. I have contacted Mr. Wise regarding my issues and takes him several days to week to respond. 1st issue - placed my order on 4/25/2014 did not rec my product until one month later after being promised to receive it in 2 to 3 business days. 2nd issue I had to call twice and receive 2 product keys because the one provided was not valid and so was the second one. 3rd issue I purchased a 4gb ram on my computer and was only given a 2gb ram. I am requesting a refund and have yet to receive a response. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a computer thru Best Buy and did not get what I ordered. It also did not come in the time frame they said it would. They said it would ship in 1 to 2 days. Try 3 weeks! The computer also said 8 GB memory, it only had 2. I have tried contacting them, and I get no response at all. I trusted them because of Best Buy, but I will never use them, or Best Buy again. I can not believe Best Buy would support these crooks!

I purchased a refurbished PC through Best Buy Marketplace via Front Source. After 2 weeks and several phone calls to Front Source via Best Buy customer service, I received a battered desk top.
The Activation code for Microsoft was invalid, the power switch does not work, teh sound does not work.

I have tried emailing and calling Front Source and have received no call back. Finally called Best Buy customer support to return this advising them I am sending it back to Front Source and will not pay my credit card charge.

Buyer beware, do not purchase from this company.
