The driver on our return was nasty and impatient... He called me at least 4 times asking if I was ready. The plane landed and it took us almost 45 minutes to get out bags.He also did not give me a cab number on phone nor did he have the company sign on the car .When I tried to give him directions he,told me he knew where he was going and did not need them . He did take our short cut after we told him .

I have used Friendly 4x for airport runs, had nothing but good on-time service.

They do not have Cabs available for Hours at a time sometimes

I have been stood up by this company three times now. Once, no one showed and when I called back I got no answer. Another time, at 3am, and I was left stranded at the train station with a sprained ankle. LAST TIME EVER one week ago when I was told on the phone that my ride would be there in ten minutes. I waited twenty and called back, only to be told it would be another 45. They take my number "just in case" every time but NO ONE ever calls to let me know why I am being stood up. Horrible way to run a business. Will be spreading the word around town.

they havev run subsequent unauthorized transactions on my card..... thieves
