Sloppy chef who makes whatever he wants, not what you ordered. The build your own burger is nothing more than an expensive bacon cheese burger as all your toppings are determined to be non-essential by the chef.

No wonder they're sloppy about sanitation, they're sloppy and care less about everything else.

Slow service fast food, UN friendly staff. Everything is deep fried or heated in a microwave. I would have left if I wasn't starving.
