Service was fast and food was hot. Dessert was wonderful.

This restaurant is a complete disgrace. I have been occasionally going here since I moved to the area, so it has been about ten years now, and every time I hope for a better experience. I am always disappointed. First off, the restaurant is dirty. There are constantly flies on the windowsills and sometimes there are ants crawling on the tables or floor. If you look at the lamps on the ceiling, you can see mountains of dead bugs inside the glass covers. Second, the service is always horrible. You have to wait and wait to be seated. A server will walk right past you without moving a finger. The servers spend half their time gossiping in the back. Usually you have to ask to be seated, and finally, once you are, you then have to wait for your server to come over. You could sit there for almost half an hour before someone decides to come over. The servers there are usually rude, have hardly any hospitality and try to get you out of there as quickly as possible. My last, and most important complaint, is about the manager. I believe that her name is Gladys. She's a short, plump woman and she is horrid. I can not believe that she somehow was put in the position of manager. She is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. She constantly yells, and I've heard her insult customers many, many times. Sometimes behind their backs, sometimes to their faces. If I could somehow get her fired, I would gladly do it.

Small decent priced restaurant, aimed more towards kids but able to satisfy adults as well. Staff is slower than one would expect.

A little slow but food was fresh even though it was so late but waitresses did disappear quite frequently when refills were needed. And it was cold. ......
