Had brunch with my sister here. Place was packed but we got seated in about 15 mins. Staff and servers were friendly. Orderd the Chicken and Bacon Swiss'wich and was probably the best Chicken and Bacon sandwich I've ever had. Serving size was big enough for one person. Definitely will be visiting this location again when I'm back in NYC.

They offer creekstone meat burgers. This is the main reason why i come here.
However, the quality and attention is going down. Last visit the waiter got all the orders of burgers wrong. everything was under cooked, the toppings were all mixed up and randomly placed. Burgers had to be sent back to be redone.
Appetizer that we ordered never came, when we asked they brought it after we had started eating the burgers already so we had to send it back saying we cant have it anymore. Then when burgers had to be sent back then they gave the appetizer on the house.
i am going to reconsider if i want to go back here again.

The lamb burger and chicken & waffles were good, though also a bit underwhelming. The shrimp & grits special of the day was delicious. But the best part was being able to get a seat for lunch within an hour instead standing-room-only options at nearby places in Chelsea Market.

Had brunch here with my wife. We got there about 11ish. The hostess asked us to return in about 15 min which was nice to be seated. We did some window shopping and returned and were seated immediately. I ordered the pulled pork benedict and my wife had a eggs with mushrooms. My wife's dish was delicious. I found the pulled pork to have not much flavor. The ladies at the table next to me offered me their bottles of Chili sauce and the spiced up my dish (not sure why our waitress didn't offer sauces). Overall it was not bad.

Very good meal. Lot of gluten free options, specified in the menu, and the waitress very helpful and willing to understand this concern. I really reccomend Steak ranchero. Amazing food, of course in a special place as Chelsea Market is.
