Dear Staci,

My biggest enemy is procrastination, please forgive me for letting that be the reason that I haven’t been by your office to thank you in person for what you did for my family and I.

You are nothing short of amazing as a person and as a public adjustor you’re without doubt the number one in your field. I wouldn’t wish the house fire that brought me to Freidman Public Adjustors last year on anyone. It was horrific to stand across the street with my family and watch our home and belongings burn as we waited for the fire department. I was in shock and numb the first couple of days and after speaking with 5 or 6 public adjustors I decided to sign up with you to represent me through the claim process. In retrospect it was absolutely the best decision I could’ve made for my family because you made the impossible happen.

Although I’m older than you and capable of researching issues and then making decisions based on my research. I found myself in a world where issues were fuzzy and solutions were not immediately clear. When it came to light that my name had somehow been excluded from the insurance policy and the insurance company was dragging its feet in making a determination about honoring the claim, I took a look at my options and began leaning towards walking away from my house and starting over from scratch. When I mentioned this to you, you never said no that it would be a bad move …instead you said to give you a little more time to work on things and before I knew it my claim was approved and you were calling me to pick up a check as an advance against contents. Having finished your role with me as a counselor, you put on your negotiator/administrator hat on and gave me your total support when I asked for help with temporary housing and furniture, inventorying my contents and then modifying my contents claim after I signed off and then remembered things that were destroyed in my back yard and you helped me to get it included.

Through the grace of God and your support/guidance my family and I moved back into our newly renovated home five months later and resumed our lives. Staci, two or three paragraphs cannot possibly do justice in expressing our gratitude for everything you did for us during some worrisome times. Please know and understand that the hours of phone calls, writing letters, driving to my house to meet with me and/or insurance adjustors, bank inspectors and construction contractors were all tasks that were not easy and while you always stated “it’s your job” We’ve always been appreciative and impressed with the way you do your job! We also recognize that there’s probably nothing in your job description that says you have to care about your clients but you showed us that you do. We’re now in a good place as a direct result of your efforts.
