Fresh Pond Florist

Awful!! BUYER BEWARE! Arrangement was horrible and the customer service was worse. No one one would take ownership of the poor cheap looking arrangement that we spent over $100 for. A total embarassment. Go with a reputable florist. These people are certainly not!

Dealing with Fresh Pond Florists was an awful experience. I ordered flowers last minute on Valentines day and was actually surprised to hear that they will gladly make the 5pm same-day delivery deadline. I write this review two days later, and the flowers are yet to be delivered! The company explained that they were overloaded on Valentines day (which was to be expected) and relayed the order to a local flower shop. When asked if they could follow up on the delivery status with the 3rd party shop they said "we have called them, but no one there speaks English right now." I advice you to learn from my mistake a)order in advance b)don't order from these imbeciles.
