THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS, PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE SUCKS THEY CHARGE YOU DRY CLEANING FOR MORE WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR DRY CLEAN, THEY DON'T EVEN CALL YOU THAT THEY WILL CHARGE MORE THEY JUST DO IT ON SITE AND YOU CAN'T GET YOUR CLOTHES BECAUSE THEY WANT MORE MONEY. OWNER DON'T HAVE RESPECT AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND ALSO THE PEOPLE WORKS THEY JUST WASH PEOPLE CLOTHES WITHOUT PUTTING DETERGENTS I CAUGHT ONE OF THEM AND SHE JUST LOOK AT ME LIKE WHAT!!!! SO YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES WASH WITHOUT SOAP AND YOU WANT TO STINKS, GO TO THIS PLACE.

DO NOT EVER USE THEIR DROP OFF SERVICE, THEY STEAL YOUR CLOTHES AND THAN ACT LIKE THEY CAN NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE WORST!!!

i did my drop off here and i love the way they fold my clothes into neat bundles. they smell great and the whites are white. plus the parking lot is huge, i never have to worry about a spot.

It might have been new in 2006, but now, in 2008, over half of their washers and dryers are permanently out of order, leaving frustrated customers to wait for available machines.
And don't even think of dropping your clothes off to have them washed on-site. If you're lucky, you might get most of your items back, but don't be surprised if they are a bit worse for the wear, including discoloration and missing buttons, etc.
