I purchased two sets of cuff links a month before my wedding & was promised that they would be able to arrive before the wedding as a gift for the fathers. I received confirmation that they had received the order, but never a shipping confirmation. by the week of the wedding we noticed that they had not arrived yet. I worked with the store who told me that there was nothing they could do. I even gave them an option of giving me any style they had in stock and they still stood behind there comment of "nothing they could do, Unfortunately we are awaiting new supplies for the face of the cufflinks parts (so all designs). Which are expected to arrive on the weekend" so I had to scramble at the last second to get new gifts. I would not recommend this to anyone with a timetable. I had ordered 7 sets before for the groomsmen & 2 months prior this incident. they came in quick and I loved the quality.
