I will NEVER order from here again nor will I EVER recommend this place to ANYONE. My fiancé ordered a pizza from this place, after an hour and a half of still not receiving it he called. They were honest, at first, and said they got busy to which we said ok, they said the driver should be there in a couple minutes if he's not we should call back. Well, needless to say...25min later still no pizza. We kept calling at talking to the rudest girl ever. After calling them 7 times and over 2 hours later with still NO pizza delivery, I myself finally called. The rude girl proceeded to hang up on me, and when I said "oh no you didn't just hang up on me" and I called right back she says "so sorry didn't mean to hang up on you". Well that's a load of BS if I've ever heard. I asked to speak to the owner and of course the response I got was "oh well he's not in". I asked to speak to someone above her and "apparently the manager got on the phone who said we will not charge you for the pizza, which we were ALREADY TOLD 3 PHONE CALLS AGO." I asked that they have the owner call me back and the manager said "ok no problem ma'am" and hung up on me without even taking my phone number!! Bottom line is...this place SUCKS, they are extremely rude and don't give a crap about their customers. As a chef myself, if this was MY place of business I would be extremely embarrassed, and if I didn't own this place and was working for their "so-called" owner I'd have quit after an hour. No one should ever order or go to this awful place.

I've dined in twice before and had a good experience with the food and staff. However, tonight I picked up a pie and I swear they just gave me a reheated pizza, it was not hot at all and I was there waiting for it. The bottom was burned and the cheese tasted like rubber. When I called the girl on the phone she said I could talk to her manager and maybe they can give me a free pizza next time. Fratelli's there won't be a next time, VERY DISAPPOINTING! This is definitely an old pizza. It's a shame to because I was raving about how good the pizza was, my guest and I could only stomach half a slice each. Bad business.

Went to eat lunch with a good friend of mine. It was the first and last time either of us will be eating or going there. We sat at the bar and each ordered a beer. We looked over the menu and both decided on the Penne Bolognese Lunch special for $8.99. Waitress/bartender brought us small order of bread while we waited. A small lunch bowl of pasta with meat sauce was served a short time later. Not the worst I have had, average at best. After we finished I asked for the check. This is where things get INTERESTING. The bartender gives us a check for $14 dinner entrees each. So we realized they made a mistake and brought to her attention. She then replies that we didn't specify that we wanted the lunch portion and that we had been served a full dinner entrée. Now there was no salad and the portion was a very very small amount. At this point I am starting to feel bamboozled, like a cheap carnival game. We ask the difference between the dinner and lunch portion and she tells us they are served in the same bowl??? And that there is just more pasta for dinner. She brings out a half full bowl of pasta with no sauce and tells us this is the lunch serving(same amount we had). We explain that this is the same thing we had and she continues to tell us that we are mistaken. We both decided that it is not worth any further back and forth, but that we will just get overcharged and never return. Disappointed that our intelligence was insulted by claiming that we need to specify that we want a lunch special during, the specified lunch hours, and that a lunch portion will be assumed an entrée price lol.

Went for lunch at this place with a close friend of mine. I've never been to this restaurant and work near. We went in and sat down at the bar and ordered a couple beers. My friend and I took the menus of of a near table after about 10 minutes because we never got offered any and began to scan over the food. We both decided on the LUNCH portion of the Penne BOLOGNESE that was at the bottom of the "LUNCH MENU" for about $9.00. About 15 minutes later we get a small portion of the pasta with no side salad or anything just some bread and all seems well. HERE is where it gets GREAT: After we finish eating and ask for the check the woman serving us brings us the check with $14.00 PENNE BOLOGNESE on it. So I ask her if she had made a mistake on the order because it's obviously overpriced on the check. She then proceeds to tell us that she ordered us the dinner portion (even though we WERE THERE AT LUNCH TIME). I said ok...so If that was the DINNER portion what is the LUNCH portion look like to which she replied "smaller amount of pasta". I told her then to bring me the lunch sized portion of the dish so that I can compare, about 2 minutes later she returned from the kitchen with THE SAME SIZED PLATE AND AMOUNT OF PASTA WITH NO BOLOGNESE SAUCE ON IT and goes "SEE! ITS A SMALLER AMOUNT!" At this point we both knew that not only were we getting bamboozled but also getting slapped in the face for our obvious STUPIDITY. Without trying to resolve the situation she proceeds to offer us a DRINK on the house seeing that we were BOTH getting distraught at the situation at hand...to which we declined and really just wanted to get the hell out of there. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE, BAD HOSPITALITY, AND REALLY BELOW AVERAGE FOOD. 1ST AND LAST TIME I DINE THERE!
