Worst service ever. I am an owner and on the board of a downtown condo association that was on the final steps of Sandy repair. Frascino was contracted to paint/seal decks, replace side walk and pointing/stucco work. This was the biggest mistake we have ever made. It is only 4 months after the project was completed and now I am seeing just how half-assed these guys really are!
The concrete sidewalk is cracking, chipping and fading its color. There are cracks in the stucco work. I am union electrician and these guys cut corners like I have never seen. They were consistently late or would not show up at all after i had taken a day off of work. They had 3rd grade excuses... Very pathetic!
They have no integrity or character. They do not respond to any form of communication. I am a good and honest man and expect to be treated the same.
Sorry guys.... you deserve all the karma headed your way! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
