I just had both of my cats at the vet and I am very pleased with the service I received. I brought one cat home and the next day his fever spiked again so the doctor told me to bring him back because he wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything. The vet tech also was concernedand helpful in the recovery of both my cats. I would bring my animals back anytime. Thanks

Horrible...uncaring!!
I brought my cat in for a scheduled 2-day procedure. On the morning of the 2nd day the vet called to tell me that they had not done anything with my cat on the 1st day - even though I had a scheduled appointment - and so my cat would have to stay an extra day (no explanations and no apologies). I was not able to wait the extra day so I rescheduled and went to pick up my cat. When I got my cat I realized that the vet had never taken it out of the small carrier it had been brought in. It had never been transfered to a larger cage, never been given food to eat, never given a place to releive itself. THEY LEFT THE CRYING CAT IN ITS CARRIER FOR 18 HOURS!!! When I confronted the doctor, he admitted it. This is unforgivable!
