Franklin Plaza still the best for your money.Great location. Access to M15, 106, M101, M102, M103, M98 bus lines. As well as the #6 103rd Street and 110th Street trains. Also conveniently located near shopping stores. Franklin Plaza Apts are still considered a little oasis in the center of East Harlem with trees and surrounding gardens. People are friendly. I have lived in these cooperatives for many years and will continue to do so.
