Franklin Dental Health: Youdeem Patricia DDS

The waits are unnecessarily long ... I say unnecessarily because it seems this office has almost no patients left, it's not like the waiting room was crowded! And even though they take my insurance, I was radically overcharged. Unfortunately when they told me how much my procedure would cost, I didn't have the presence of mind to question it ... I had heard from co-workers that our dental coverage was bad, and it sounded like the dental administrator had just been on the phone with the insurer. It wasn't until several months later that I found out from my insurer that the maximum amount I should have been charged was half what I had paid. These people are crooks. Don't go.

In the last year, I have spent thousands of dollars in this office. First, I have had five appointments canceled--most less than 24 hours of my appointment. Second, I have waited up to an hour-and-one-half in the waiting room. One time, I told them I had to leave, and they finally accommodated me...well over an hour later! Why did I keep going back? Because I had some issues with my gums that was part of a process that was not yet completed. I had a cleaning scheduled for last Wednesday. Guess what...the receptionist called me 18 hours before my scheduled appointment to cancel! Never again.

While Dr. Youdeem may actually be a decent dentist, everything else about her practice is shameful. Do yourself a favor and listen to the negative reviews because I'm 99% sure all the positive ones were written by her or her staff.
If you do decide to go, expect constant construction noise and vibrations, unnecessary and expensive procedures, and an overall lack of professionalism. I've never known a dentist to text while giving a filling, or neglect to inform the patient that the work they’re about to do will not be covered by their insurance.

friendly staff, nice location, caring doctor. I'm a long time patient of Dr Youdeem, never had any problem with the work she has done on my teeth.

Do not go to this dental office. I went for a cleaning after a year of not going. I made an appointment and I asked if they still have my information and they said yes. When i got there, i was the only patient and they called me right away, but i didn't see a dentist right away. the technicians looked at my records and prepped me. i waited another 30 minutes till i finally saw a dentist. xrayed and cleaning i had. No one told me that they were finished with me. I finally asked one of the techs and she told me to go to the front desk. I assumed that i was to set up my next appointment, one of the staff told me that she was looking for me. well, didn't she know that i was in one of the rooms? I asked her why was she looking at me? she told me that they don't carry my insurance anymore. What? I spent over an hour in the room and no one told me that they don't carry my insurance anymore? someone knew that i was in the room, but they didn't have the audacity to tell me. instead they proceeded to do xray and clean my teeth so i can pay them CASH!
