Just went into Franklin Computers Plus with a problem of tremendous significance to me,
and was amazed by their immediate and efficient response to correcting the problem.They took care of me while I waited, and were done in minutes. Recommend them enthusiastically!

If you have small kids with ipad keep this number on handy. Shayan was very helpful, they fixed the multiple problems (broken screen and chagrining port) the ipad had. Three days after the screen cracked (kids fault), they replaced it at no charge because they wanted to make sure their customers were satisfied with their work. Thank you Shayan and all the techs at Franklin Computer Plus.
