VERY RUDE DR!
I just moved into the area and was looking for a new dentist. I just called this office and Dr. Frankel answered. He was extremely rude to me on the phone. He seemed very bothered by the fact that I was calling to set up an appointment. I thought it was strange that he did not have a staff member answering his line, but that still does not give somebody an excuse to be rude to a new client.
